Dr. Jose Llorens was born and raised in Puerto Rico were he competed in many watersports including water skiing (slalom, barefoot and Banana tricks), windsurfing, sailing (sunfish, Hobbie Cats 14, 16, and 18, and sailboats), and surfing. He was also an avid skateboarder and soccer player. At age 18, after graduating from High School, he moved to Manhattan, Kansas to pursue a degree in Veterinary medicine at Kansas State University. During the course of the college years, he began to experience lower back pain that would not allow him to sit comfortably for more than 10 minutes.
That is when he called one of his best friends, who was studying Chiropractic, for some advice. His friend visited him for a week. During that time Dr. Jose received several adjustments relieving the lower back pain within a week. At that point, he was intrigued by Chiropractic and wanted to learn more about this amazing profession. That is when Dr. Jose changed curriculum and enrolled into Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Missouri, to become a Chiropractor and graduated in 1995.
Dr. Llorens has been working as a Chiropractor in Florida for the past 20 years helping the community and locals to live to their full potential. He lives in Wellington with his wife of 15 years, Mariela, and their 12 years old son, Adrien and 7 years old Ethan.

You will love this practice! I am not the easiest on my body. I like to think I'm still 18 and very far from it. Thanks for keeping me active and pain free.
